Heavy Petrol is a blues/rock born in Luxembourg in 2010, playing all kinds of blues and blues/rock.
Founders of the band are Eiffener Dan ( guitar ), Kries Dan ( bass ), Mario Woody ( guitar, vocals & harmonica ), Gigi Felten ( guitar ) & Konny Trost ( drums ).
In early 2013 drummer Konny Trost left the band, but soon later Juchem Dan joined.
After the Blues&Jazz Rally in 2013, guitarist Eiffener Dan got kicked out of the band. Shortly after this Richer Steve replaced him.

Dan Kries' former bands are Nazz Nazz, Bandit's, Gang, and Sophillis.
Woody Mario was in Clanrock before joining Heavy Petrol.
Gigi Felten was playing guitar in Blues Woman and Whiskey.
The drummer Dan was using his sticks in a band called Taxi.


Heavy Petrol's sound and growl has been influenced by some of the biggest blues singers and guitarists ever, such as Joe Bonamassa, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Johnny Winter and many many more.
